4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Mod is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Mod will function correctly with any future version of Minecraft or Hypixel's server, or that its use will not result in consequences from third-party services. You use the Mod entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HypixelRewardClaim and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mod, including but not limited to account suspensions, loss of in-game items, or data loss.
